All packages include a 12-day rental period from your delivery date. You get 2 free extension days upon request. Need even more time? Just contact us.

What areas do you serve? +

We serve addresses within 50 miles of Hudson, OH — covering most of Summit, Cuyahoga, Portage, and Medina counties. A distance surcharge of $10/mile applies for addresses 30–50 miles away.

What if I damage or lose a tote? +

We understand accidents happen. Lost or severely damaged totes are billed at $5 per tote. Normal wear and tear is no problem.

When do you deliver? +

We deliver Monday–Friday evenings and all day on weekends. We'll confirm your delivery window after booking.

Can I cancel my booking? +

Yes. Cancellations made before your delivery day receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations are subject to a $10 fee. Visit totedrops.com/cancel to request a cancellation.

Do the totes come with lids? +
