1. Service Overview

ToteDrops provides plastic moving tote rental services including delivery and pickup in the Akron/Cleveland, Ohio area. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Rental Period

All packages include a 14-day rental period from the date of delivery. Extensions may be requested by contacting hello@totedrops.com and are subject to availability and additional fees.

3. Cancellation Policy

Same-day cancellations are subject to a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations made before the day of delivery receive a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Damage Policy

Customers are responsible for any damage to totes beyond normal wear and tear. Damaged or missing totes will be billed at $5 per tote.

5. Service Area

ToteDrops serves addresses within 50 miles of Hudson, OH 44236. A distance surcharge of $10 per mile applies for addresses 30–50 miles from our base location.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. ToteDrops does not store credit card information.
