ToteDrops rents reusable moving totes with delivery and pickup in the Akron–Cleveland, Ohio area. By booking you agree to these terms.
Standard packages include a 12-day rental unless your confirmation says otherwise. Extra days may be billed if totes are not ready at pickup.
Service is limited to roughly 50 miles from Hudson, OH. Addresses outside that range may be declined.
Totes should be returned empty, reasonably clean, and with lids. Lost, unreturned, or badly damaged totes may incur a replacement or penalty charge as shown in your booking confirmation or admin invoice.
Payment is collected through Stripe at checkout. Cancellation requests can be submitted at /cancel. Refund timing depends on how close the request is to the delivery date.
