ToteDrops collects only what we need to deliver totes, take payment, and support your booking.
Name, email, phone, delivery address, booking dates, package details, and payment confirmation from Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on this site.
To schedule delivery and pickup, send confirmation and status emails, process refunds or damage charges, and operate the admin dashboard.
Payment processors (Stripe), email delivery (EmailJS), mapping for service-area checks (Google), and our database host. We do not sell customer lists.
